I have an apartment in York City Centre, a place that I have long had an affection for. There is something very pleasurable about living in a modern, vibrant city yet surrounded and so full of history. What with this and the residents, the students and the tourists, York is kept very much on its feet and alive ensuring that everyone’s needs are provided for. YO1 is my York postcode and this is collection of photographs taken around that area and within walking distance of it. It’s a view from what was then a fresh pair of eyes and taken between 2009 & 2013.
